Plantation Luxury Residence

A modern single-story residence of approximately 6,000 square feet, set back on a wide lot in Plantation. We built it from the ground up, from the foundation and structure to the roof, the windows and every interior finish.

Inside, a great room with tall ceilings opens to the kitchen, with wood-grain cabinetry, a large island and a wine fridge, and to a dining room with glass doors to the backyard. The primary bathroom has a freestanding tub and a glass walk-in shower, and the home includes a theater and a game room.

Outside, the pool, the covered patio and the gazebo face a deep, fenced backyard, and landscape lighting carries the property into the evening.
